Our History

Ningbo Sunplast Pipe Co., Ltd has been focusing on manufacturing of HDPE pipe fittings & uPVC pipe fittings over 15 years in China. We started the business as a micro factory which had less 5 workers & 1-2 sets injection machines, but now, Sunplast has been growing to be an international modern enterprise that major in the professional production of gas and water HDPE Electrofusion Fittings, HDPE Butt fusion Fittings, HDPE Compression fittings, uPVC gasketed fittings & uPVC Solvent weld fittings for water use.

Our factory covers 50,000 square meters with more than 100 employees, annual manufacturing capacity of fittings reaches 6,000 tons and annual sales reaches USD10,000,000.00

Our Product

Sunplast company has been the most professional manufacturer that specializing in HDPE fittings & uPVC fittings, with regular configurations including: couplers, elbows, equal tee, reducing tee,reducer, saddles, stub flanges.,etc.

HDPE fittings:

 * HDPE butt fusion fittings (HDPE spigot fittings): DN50-800mm in SDR11 & SDR17

 * HDPE electrofusion fittings: DN20-630mm in SDR11 & SDR17

 * HDPE compression fittings: DN20-110mm in PN16

uPVC fittings:

 * uPVC gasketed fittings with rubber rings: DN20-400mm in PN10

* uPVC solvent weld fittings: DN20-400mm in PN10 & PN16

All HDPE fittings & uPVC fittings we provide meet the highest quality requirements as stipulated in ISO9001, ISO14001 guidelines and our stringent quality control system, at the same time, the fittings have also passed the National Chemical Building Materials Test Center tests, and all performance are in line with ISO4427-3/EN12201-3 standard, as well EN1555 standards.
